Excellent turnout of families, kids, couples, singles and college students (around 75 total), beautiful setting, good food and recreation, and much socializing between old-timers (including many former KAA members) and newcomers.

Many, many thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Sang Nam Lee (Songbae's parents) for their generosity in allowing us to use their home (and swimming pool, basketball/tennis courts and huge yard) and providing most of the food and drinks. We could not have asked for a nicer venue.

We had a very good turnout of individuals from other APA organizations, including OCA, APABA, CAPAL and JACL.

All in all, I think everyone enjoyed themselves and found the BBQ to be an excellent opportunity to get to know people from other segments of the community. It was truly an example of bridge building and bringing people together.
