DC Area Chapter Well Represented
Dec. 7-8, 2001
Representatives
of the D.C. Area Chapter of KAC attended the Fifth Annual KAC
National Winter Conference, held December 7 - 9, 2001, in Las
Vegas, Nevada.
Numerous
issues were discussed, including chapter updates from various
chapters and affiliates of KAC.
The future goals and the continued development of KAC as a
national voice and advocate for the Korean American community
were also discussed by the attendees.
These
conferences are held yearly, and are open to all members and
friends of KAC. Look for announcements in the fall of 2002
for the next conference, if you're interested in attending.
Rumor has it that the next one will be hosted by the San Francisco
Chapter of KAC.
