The
Korean National Ballet Company presents Tchaikovsky's
Swan Lake on its first U.S.A. Tour!
The
Korea Times D.C., the Korea National Ballet Company
and the Seoul Arts Center will co-host the first U.S.A.
tour of the Korea National Ballet Company’s Swan Lake
on August 6th & 7th at the Center for the Arts,
George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia.
The
performance is sponsored by the Korean Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Korean Ministry of
Culture and Tourism, and the U.S. Embassy of Korea
in celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the Korea
Times, Washington DC, and the 42nd anniversary of
the Korean National Ballet Company.
Swan
Lake, a timeless masterpiece written by Tchaikovsky
in 1875, will bring 80 of Korea’s best dancers and
will present a beautiful stage to the audience, making
for a fantastic and impressive summer night.
