KAC-DC Holiday Party, 2005 Board of Directors Elections, and Holiday Toy Drive

KAC-DC will celebrate the holidays and elect the next Board of Directors in just two weeks!! We will also be holding a Holiday Toy Drive to benefit the Montgomery County Volunteer Center...please bring new, unwrapped toys for donation.

(Montgomery County Volunteer Center’s Mission is to mobilize people and resources to deliver creative solutions to community problems. Their Holiday Giving Project runs a Toy Shop, for underprivileged families. )

At the Holiday Party, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of KAC-DC by nominating and electing individuals to serve on the Board of Directors for 2004-2005. In order to be eligible to cast a ballot, you must be a paid member of KAC-DC.

(You may pay your annual dues of $35.00 and fill out your membership application at the event.)

The ballot will consist of a slate of individuals as recommended to the general membership by the Nominations Committee. KAC-DC members will vote to approve or disapprove the entire slate of candidates to serve two-year terms on the Board of Directors.

The future of KAC-DC is in your hands. Please take the time to help determine who will serve in key decision-making positions for 2004 and beyond. Your nominations and votes will be crucial factors in guiding the organization's direction over the next few years.
