KAC-DC May 2005 APA Heritage Month Event on the Capitol Hill

Congressional Staff Panel

In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, KAC-DC will launch a panel discussion series on Wednesday, May 25th on Capitol Hill. Current Congressional Staffers will share their knowledge and experience of working in both the House and Senate.

This will be a great opportunity to be informed of policy-making at the federal and local level and to ask questions you may have regarding government work and current affairs. Further topics to be addressed include discussions of pending legislation and its impact on the Korean American and the APIA communities, the impact of APA Heritage Month, Congressional staffing experiences, and a discussion of current politics.
