KAC-DC, along with other APIA community leadership organizations, is sponsoring the DC Mayoral Forum for the Asian Pacific Islander Community on June 1st.
Come out and support the APIA community's historic efforts to show we care where Mayoral candidates stand on issues important to our lives!
- We need your help as a volunteer -
3 Simple Ways to Help the DC Mayoral APIA Forum a Success:
- Get more people to attend and volunteer by sharing marketing materials via email and handouts with friends, neighbors, associations you belong to
- Be a Volunteer the DAY OF the DC Mayoral Forum on June 1st
- Hand out materials at the event
- Help set up
- Make sure to sign in as a KAC-DC affiliated volunteer
- Sign up to be a volunteer - show your support as a KAC-DC affiliated volunteer; signing up ahead of time helps APIAVOTE plan for the busy day. The Forum will be a chance for mayoral candidates and the Asian community to discuss issues of language access, education, and healthcare, among others.
