National College Leadership Conference

The KAC National College Leadership Conference application is now available!
For over 25 years, the KAC National College Leadership Conference has provided college students an invaluable opportunity to develop their leadership abilities in the context of their Korean American identities. KAC enlists the expertise of various community leaders and pioneers to produce an inspiring and enriching experience for the participants.
The annual conference hosts 50 Korean American, to date; the conference has trained over 800 young adults from over 100 Universities. Conference participants are selected from diverse regions, interests, and backgrounds. Over the course of 5 days, participants engage in workshops, group discussions, and team-building activities as well as one-on-one interaction with qualified counselors, motivational speakers, and panel discussions. These activities challenge each participant to explore their Korean American identity and develop their personal and organizational leadership skills.
